  • Publication number: 20230243377
Abstract: An assembly comprising a first furniture component and a second furniture component is disclosed. The first furniture component comprises a spring-loaded detent. The spring-loaded detent is biased axially along a central axis toward a locked configuration. The second furniture component comprises a lock arrangement. The first furniture component and the second furniture component are rotatably connected about the central axis through a rotary range of motion. The lock arrangement is configured to move the spring-loaded detent from the locked configuration to an unlocked configuration during the rotary range of motion, release the spring-loaded detent from the unlocked configuration after the rotary range of motion, and prevent rotation of the spring-loaded detent in the locked configuration after the rotary range of motion.

  • Patent number: 11658936
Abstract: Virtual networks may be launched in a provider network with an initial IP address space (e.g., an IPv4 CIDR block). Methods are described that allow additional IP address spaces to be added to a virtual network. A new IP address space for a virtual network may be specified via an API. The specified space may be checked to insure that it does not overlap with IP spaces that are associated with the virtual network. If there are no overlaps, the space is added to the network, for example by adding the space to the network's route tables.

  • Patent number: 11140026
Abstract: Techniques for dynamic allocation of network address spaces in virtual networks implemented in a service provider system are described. Upon a scaling condition of an allocation rule being determined to be satisfied, a network address space of a virtual network can be automatically expanded or contracted. The scaling condition can be specified by a customer associated with the virtual network. The allocation rule may also include a allocation factor that indicates an amount of network addresses that are to be added to or removed from the virtual network.

  • Patent number: 10826723
Abstract: Techniques for virtual network address space auto-migration are described. An existing network address space of a virtual network can be automatically migrated to a new network address space. The new network address space can be added to the virtual network, new subnets can be added to the new network address space that mirror existing subnets, and new compute instances can be added to the new subnets that mirror existing compute instances. Subsequent to the auto-migration, the virtual network can be connected with another network that has an address space that conflicted with the previous network address space of the virtual network but not the new network address space.

  • Publication number: 20180221618
Abstract: A nasal respiratory delivery device includes fabric pads or fabric domes that cover the nostrils and includes a plastic strip with skin-sensitive adhesive for attachment of the device to the septum and the outside of each nostril, and provides for suppressing the human cough via moistening and warming inhaled air, thus soothing the respiratory passageways and mitigating the cough reflex. The nasal respiratory delivery device also provides for cough suppressants, nasal decongestants or other medical or breathing treatments. The nasal respiratory delivery device is placed across both nasal openings and adhered to the nasal septum and to the tissue surrounding the nostrils. The fabric pads or fabric domes are composed of nonwoven or woven manmade and/or natural materials that absorb and provide moisture or therapeutic agents during the act of breathing.

  • Patent number: 9126251
Abstract: A method for making a device includes providing a tubular member which will be formed into the device, masking at least a portion of the inner surface of the tubular member with a removable sacrificial material, selectively removing a portion of the tubular member and sacrificial material using a laser device, and mechanically removing the sacrificial material from the inner surface of the tubular member. Ultrasonic energy could be applied to a workpiece which is being laser cut to prevent any generated slag from welding itself to an exposed surface of the workpiece. A compressed fluid or gas, such as air, could be used to clean the surface of the laser-cut workpiece to remove slag formation which adheres to the surface of the cut workpiece.

  • Publication number: 20140229245
Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to an online film festival allows a first user and a second user to submit a first film and a second film, respectively. The films are submitted via a digital interface and a viewer can view the submitted films through those means as well. The viewer can vote, comment on, and/or contribute funds to film of his or her choice, with the funds being contributed after presentation of the film. A vote tallying portion of the digital interface tracks and counts a number of votes associated with the film. The winning film can be determined by the number of votes or a jury.
