  • Publication number: 20250101125
Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods for isolating antibody-producing cells that express antibody molecules specific for an interface between a target peptide and an MHC molecule. The methods disclosed herein utilize a blocking reagent when sorting cells such as splenocytes which permits enrichment of cells expressing rare antibody molecules that specifically recognize an MHC-peptide interface.

  • Publication number: 20250014675
Abstract: Computational systems and methods for predicting amino acid position(s) within a target peptide presented in a complex with a major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecule (MHC-target peptide complex), the amino acid position(s) being involved in interacting with an antigen-recognition molecule that recognizes said MHC-target peptide complex, are presented herein. Computational systems and methods for estimating a number of off-target peptide(s) for an antigen-recognition molecule that recognizes a target peptide presented in a complex with a major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecule (MHC-target peptide complex) is presented herein. Computational systems and methods for ranking potential target peptides to mitigate off-target toxicity are presented herein. Such computational systems and methods can streamline development of effective, well tolerated antigen-recognition molecules to treat diseases.

  • Publication number: 20220195038
Abstract: Disclosed are methods for obtaining cells that express antibodies that bind transmembrane proteins, methods for generating antibodies from such cells, antibodies to transmembrane proteins and fragments thereof, and nucleic acids encoding the antibodies. More particularly, the disclosure relates to methods for obtaining antibody-producing cells that express an antibody that binds to a transmembrane protein based on the use of lipid bilayer-membrane scaffold protein complexes to present transmembrane protein antigens to cells.

  • Publication number: 20210403527
Abstract: The present invention provides isolated T cell receptors (TCRs) that specifically bind to an HLA-displayed New York Esophageal Squamous Cell Carcinoma-1 (NY-ESO-1) peptides, as well as therapeutic and diagnostic methods of using those isolated TCRs.

  • Publication number: 20170116470
Abstract: Disclosed are a system and a method for generating a feedback message in real-time indicative of an emotional response of a person during an interaction with another person, the system including at least one camera, a processing facility that receives a sequence of image frames from the camera, each image frame including the image of a person's face, and a receiver device that receives a feedback message from the processing facility indicative of an emotion of the person.

  • Publication number: 20060017224
Abstract: A system and method for a lottery game in which characters are drawn is disclosed. The characters are drawn from character sets in accordance with a template. The template has multiple character positions associated with the character sets with at least one of the sets including non-numeric characters. Winners of the lottery game are determined by comparing characters selected by players to the drawn lottery characters. In an exemplary embodiment the template represents a license plate. Also disclosed are a lottery ticket, a play slip, and a lottery game entry machine in accordance with the lottery game.
