  • Publication number: 20240081994
Abstract: A steerable delivery system is provided for delivering a replacement heart valve to a native heart valve location. The steerable delivery system includes an outer sheath assembly having a capsule along a distal end portion for retaining the replacement heart valve in a compressed configuration. The capsule is constructed to provide both compression resistance and flexibility. The capsule may be formed with an outer polymer layer, a metal middle layer located on a radially inner surface of the outer polymer layer, and an inner liner located on a radially inner surface of the metal middle layer. A fluoroelastomer layer is provided for bonding the inner liner to the metal middle layer. The metal middle layer is preferably a metal hypotube.

  • Patent number: 11247597
Abstract: The accessories include an accessory board that functions in several ways for the desired purposes of the clipboard user. Generally, the accessory board functions as a work surface that can be oriented differently for different purposes. For example, the accessory board can be oriented predominantly horizontally to facilitate the placement and support for the use of a computing device such as a laptop computer. The accessory board can be oriented in a predominantly oblique angle as a tray which supports objects resting at one edge of the accessory board, for the placement of items in support of personal hygiene such as the application of cosmetics, grooming, mounting a mirror, etc., for the placement of food/drink items.

  • Patent number: 10471766
Abstract: A clipboard system comprising a clipboard that cooperates with a case of a portable computing device (e.g., a tablet computer) such that the case attaches to the clipboard to enable interchangeable usage of the portable computing device and the clipboard. The case enables the portable computing device to be enclosed and supported, and utilized while coupled with the clipboard. The case receives the computing device and secures the device therein, while exposing the device display and the device controls for user interaction. The case comprises a backside having affixed thereto an attachment material such as one part of a two-part fastener that securely interfaces to the other part of the fastener material affixed to the clipboard. The attachment material is of sufficient strength to hold the case and enclosed computing device to the clipboard during normal usage.

  • Patent number: 4939978
Abstract: A flexible ammunition chuting (14) for a machine gun (10) includes a flexible spine (26) made up of spring steel strips (27, 29) which are anchored at two spaced and fixed positions, typically at the chuting ends, so as precisely to define the length of the chuting. The chuting includes relatively articulated links (20), which are able to follow convex and concave bends and to twist torsionally, but the spine (26) prevents the overall stretching or collapse of the links, which might result in ammunition belt misfeed or jamming.
