  • Publication number: 20190188777
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for using location data to identify and provide services in association with items appearing in captured images. One of the methods includes receiving, from a device, an image and location data representing the device's physical location, determining, based on the location data, that a particular set of one or more locations are within a threshold distance of the device's physical location, accessing, for each of the one or more locations in the particular set, item information that indicates one or more items that are associated with the location, determining, based on the accessed item information, that the image likely shows a particular item that is associated with one or more locations in the particular set, and providing, to the device, instructions for presentation of information about (i) the particular item and (ii) one or more locations in the particular set that are associated with the particular item.

  • Patent number: 10087654
Abstract: A locking mechanism is provided for a lock body and a rotatable key plug. The locking mechanism comprises pins having recesses, each of the pins adapted to be disposed in pin bores in the key plug for reciprocal and rotational movement. An elongated spring member simultaneously engages and biases the pins toward a keyway in the key plug. A locking bar moves between a first position and a second position where at least a portion of the locking bar is received in the recesses in the pins. The locking bar is prevented from moving to the second position unless the pins are in a position where the recesses are aligned with the locking bar. Upon insertion of a key in the keyway the pins are moved axially or rotated for aligning the recesses in the pins with the locking bar so the key can rotate the key plug.

  • Publication number: 20180130114
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for using image data of an item to recognize the item. A method may include receiving device identification information for a first device, an image, and an account identifier associated with the image, determining, using the account identifier, account data, determining, using the device identification information, a particular set of one or more items associated with the first device, determining, using image recognition, that the image likely shows a first item in the particular set, identifying, from among the particular set and using the account data and the last determination, a second item that is different from the first item and that includes a second attribute value that is the same as a first attribute value for the first item, and providing, to a second device, instructions for presentation of information about the second item.

  • Publication number: 20140108083
Abstract: Each of a plurality of team members may define a task by providing data concerning a task to a centralized controller, wherein each task may be assigned any other team member of the plurality of team members. The controller may receive task event information from a first team member of the plurality of team members regarding a task, which task is associated within the controller with the first team member and a second team member. The controller subsequently sends updated task information, based on the task event information, to both the first team member and the second team member. Relevant to any given task, the task event information may comprise a task delegation indication, which may further comprise a non-delegation indication such that further delegation of the task in not permitted.
