    Abstract: A structure for anchoring a sill assembly to a wall or foundation structure comprising a clip member adapted for cooperation with said assembly and which may be fastened without the use of bolts, screws or the like. Said clip member comprises a structural support means adapted for connection to the wall or foundation structure and a sill connecting means including a wedge-shaped fastener for holding said clip member in fixed relation to said sill assembly.
