  • Patent number: 11936415
Abstract: An air interface plane (AIP) of a radio frequency (RF) aperture includes: a circuit board having a first side and a second side opposite the first side; and a matrix of tapered elements arranged on the first side of the circuit board and secured to the circuit board, the matrix of tapered elements cooperating to at least one of receive or transmit an over-the-air RF signal. Suitably, each tapered element of the matrix has: a central hub extending along a longitudinal axis from a hub base which is proximate to the first side of the circuit board to an apex of the tapered element which is distal from the first side of the first circuit board; and a plurality of arms extending from the central hub at the apex of the tapered element, each of the plurality of arms including a first portion that projects the arm radially away from the longitudinal axis and a second portion that projects the arm longitudinally toward the first side of the circuit board.

  • Patent number: 9158654
Abstract: A code verification tool verifies that code generated from a model represents all of the functionality of the model and does not contain any unintended functionality. The code verification tool may receive for examination a model or an intermediate representation (IR) of the model and the generated code or an intermediate representation of the generated code. The code verification tool may create further intermediate representations of the model and/or the generated code in order to compare the functionality presented in both.

  • Patent number: 8734219
Abstract: Techniques and mechanisms described herein facilitate the determination of a relative skill score for a poker player. According to various embodiments, a first expected stack value for a designated player may be determined prior to a voluntary player action event associated with the designated player in a poker hand. A second expected stack value for the designated player may be determined after the voluntary player action event. A designated relative skill score for the designated player may be determined by calculating a difference between the second expected stack value and the first expected stack value. The designated relative skill score may be stored on a storage medium.
