Publication number: 20250037454Abstract: Methods, non-transitory computer readable media, and roof analysis systems are disclosed that preprocess overhead images in imagery data obtained based on a request comprising a geographic location. The overhead images depict a building at different historical points in time identified in the imagery data. A neural network is applied to input data structures into which the overhead images are converted. The neural network is trained to extract relationships between features from the input data structures indicating changes in a roof of the building and generate an output data structure representing the changes. Patterns in the output data structure are analyzed to determine instances of change of the roof. A roof age is then output via a user interface in response to the request. The roof age is generated based on a likelihood of the instances of change or a time interval between the overhead images and a current time.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 26, 2023Publication date: January 30, 2025Inventors: Julius Simonelli, Ilsoo Seong, Jason Janofsky, Nicholas Molyneux, David Tobias, David Lyman

Publication number: 20160260091Abstract: A method for a crypto-coin wallet system has the steps of installing the wallet system on a local computer system to form an instance of a crypto-coin wallet, selecting a crypto-coin type to become a base currency, generating a unique wallet address that is permanently associated with the instance of the wallet, adding one or more crypto-coins to the wallet, wherein each crypto-coin has a unique address, and sending and receiving crypto-coins from a coin address of each coin to form a transaction. In an embodiment wallet addresses may be generated for more than one coin option, and wherein each crypto-coin has a single address. Sending or receiving a fraction of a crypto-coin may be final and irreversible. The method may have a step of backing up the wallet to form a backup, wherein a copy of the transaction is recorded to backed up files.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 4, 2015Publication date: September 8, 2016Applicant: THC Farmaceuticals, Inc.Inventor: David Tobias

Patent number: 9399004Abstract: A self-cure or dual-cure polymerizable dental composition is provided with a redox indicator. The composition exhibits an initial first color upon mixing of the two parts and then changes to a second color that is noticeably different from the first color during the curing or polymerization of the composition initiated through the redox initiator system. Advantageously, the first color may be distinctively different from tooth structure and can be easily noticed. The second color may be essentially colorless, a neutral color, or a non-visually observable color in reference to the tooth structure.Type: GrantFiled: November 3, 2011Date of Patent: July 26, 2016Assignee: Kerr CorporationInventors: Xuejun Qian, David Tobia
