  • Patent number: 10196191
Abstract: The present invention relates to a closure device for bottles with evidence of first opening where before the first opening the closure shows a capsule with a perimetral line, and after the first opening, a separation line visually evidencing said first opening now appears where the perimetral line was previously located.

  • Publication number: 20180072474
Abstract: The present invention relates to a closure for bottles with means for evidencing a first use when it is in nominal conditions, i.e., fitted on the mouth of the bottle. The closure contains at least one spout (5), a plug (6) of the spout and a cap (3). The present invention allows evidencing the first opening of the closure due to the internal configuration of the closure changing. This change modifies the internal configuration and allows one or more visual changes in the device. The change in the internal configuration is based on modifying the position of an annular band (7) arranged between the plug and cap.

  • Patent number: 9573739
Abstract: A structural element for a bottle closure having means for showing a first use in nominal conditions. This structural element can be made from components such as a pouring dispenser or a frame. This structural element is characterized by the use of two components which are linked such that the attachment between both disappears after the first use in nominal conditions when said structural element is mounted in the operating mode on the bottle. The first use in nominal conditions requires removing one of the components and it cannot be put back in its original position, restoring its also original attachment.

  • Patent number: 8181803
Abstract: The present invention consists of an improvement made on the patent “Means for sealing bottle caps with evidence of opening” with Spanish application number P200202864, which made use of a concealed tongue that was revealed after the first opening without allowing to recover the original situation. The present invention maintains a connection between the top and bottom segments of the capsule, preventing their rotation relative to each other and providing an audible evidence of opening.
