  • Patent number: 11948187
Abstract: A leasing AI platform receives a message pertaining to leasing a real estate unit, generates a token matrix representing at least a portion of the message, and provide the token matrix as an input to a trained machine learning model. An output of the trained machine learning model comprises an indication of a first category associated with the at least the portion of the message. The leasing AI platform identifies one or more actions associated with the first category, the actions pertaining to leasing the real estate unit, and automatically executes the one or more actions without human involvement in response to receiving the message.

  • Patent number: 11938095
Abstract: A pill can be positioned on a first housing of a pill splitter. A second housing of the splitter can be pushed downward onto the first housing. A second blade can be secured to the second housing, and the pushing of the second housing downward toward the closed position can split the pill by bringing the second blade toward a first blade with cutting edges of both blades cutting into the pill. Also, the second housing can be configured to slide in a linear direction to split the pill and form a closed pill container space. The pill splitter can include a platform that is configured to move to hide or expose one of the blades. The first housing may include a spring device integrally formed with a foundation and/or the platform, with the spring device biasing the platform relative to the foundation toward the hiding position.

  • Publication number: 20090303188
Abstract: Methods and apparatus are provided for controlling a touchscreen in an electronic system and adjusting a value using a control element. A method is provided for controlling a touchscreen adapted to sense object presence in a sensing region. The method comprises displaying a control element having a reference point on the touchscreen, and adjusting the value of a system property in response to detecting an object overlapping at least part of the control element. The value of the system property is adjusted at a rate based on the distance between the object and the reference point.

  • Patent number: 6719942
Abstract: A method and apparatus for producing an extruded product includes a machine that cooperates with an extruder. The machine is commonly used as a corrugator and the extruded product is often corrugated piping. The machine has a frame supporting a trackway in a continuous path. A plurality of mold block assemblies travel about the continuous path to form a mold tunnel along a portion of the continuous path. The mold block assemblies include a carriage connected by at least one guide and linear bearings to a pair of mold holders. The mold holders are connected to at least one pair of opposing mold blocks. Guides and directors position the mold block pairs relative to one another while the assemblies travel along the continuous path. As the holders, and thus the mold block halves, are linearly displaceable from one another, the halves may meet to form the mold tunnel and separate to allow removal of the extruded product.

  • Patent number: 6345474
Abstract: A universal block made of concrete designed to be used with different size posts and beams. The pier block is a conical, six-sided structure and includes two concentrically aligned, post-receiving voids designed to receive the ends of a (4×4) or (6×6) inch post. The (6×6) inch void is positioned above the (4×4) inch void. Formed horizontally on the top surface of the pier block are two transversely aligned beam-receiving slots. Each beam-receiving slot includes a narrow and a wide slot longitudinally aligned. The wide slot is positioned above the narrow slot. A vertically aligned drain hole is formed through the pier block from the bottom surface of the (4×4) inch void to the bottom of the pier block, which allows water to drain from the post-receiving voids.
