  • Publication number: 20260229124
Abstract: An autonomous vehicle (AV) is disclosed, comprising one or more tires, at least one or more sensors, a memory storing machine-executable instructions, and at least one processor. The sensors are configured to collect data related to vehicles in the surrounding environment of the AV, specifically near the trailer as the AV navigates a route. The processor executes the stored instructions to receive and analyze sensor data to detect vehicles within proximity to the trailer that may pose a collision risk. Based on this analysis, the system predicts the specific part of the trailer likely to be impacted if the detected vehicles continue along their predicted trajectory. The system then dynamically activates warning lights on the trailer, illuminating only the section corresponding to the predicted collision area, thereby providing targeted visual alerts to surrounding vehicles. This method enhances road safety by mitigating collision risks and improving situational awareness for nearby drivers.

  • Publication number: 20260217186
Abstract: A system of an autonomous vehicle is described, the autonomous vehicle including a signal system located on an exterior of the autonomous vehicle, one or more processors, and a memory storing instructions that are executed by the one or more processors. The system is configured to determine, by the one more processors, a maneuver of the autonomous vehicle, wherein a portion of the autonomous vehicle will be outside of a lane of operation during the maneuver, generate, based on the maneuver, signal data corresponding to the maneuver, and transmit, to the signal system, the signal data, wherein the signal system emits an output signal based on the signal data.

  • Patent number: 12608830
Abstract: Techniques and systems are provided for generating depth information for an image. For instance, a process can include obtaining one or more images of an environment. The process can further include generating a set of features for the one or more images. The process can also include combining the set of features with one or more distance maps to generate combined feature distance information, wherein the one or more distance maps indicate distances based on relative height above a ground level. The process can further include generating depth information of the environment based on the combined feature distance information, and outputting the depth information of the environment.

  • Publication number: 20240070541
Abstract: Techniques and systems are provided for training a machine learning (ML) model. A technique can include generating a first set of features for objects in images, predicting image feature labels for the first set of features, comparing the predicted image feature labels to ground truth image feature labels to evaluate a first loss function, perform a perspective transform on the first set of features to generate a birds eye view (BEV) projected image features, combining the BEV projected image features and a first set of flattened features to generate combined image features, generating a segmented BEV map of the environment based on the combined image features, comparing the segmented BEV map to a ground truth segmented BEV map to evaluate a second loss function, and training the ML model for generation of segmented BEV maps based on the evaluated first loss function and the evaluated second loss function.

  • Publication number: 20060129639
Abstract: A multimedia call is completed to a mobile user, who registered to receive a multimedia call at a multimedia terminal using a portable intelligent device. A mobile user record including a physical address of a multimedia terminal and a user address is stored. In response to a multimedia call addressed to the user address, the physical address is determined and call notification information is transmitted to the multimedia terminal at the physical address. The multimedia call is then completed to the multimedia terminal at the physical address.

  • Publication number: 20030053558
Abstract: A digital down converter is provided. The digital down converter includes an input adapted to receive an input signal, a mixer circuit coupled to the input to down convert the input signal, and a decimation circuit, coupled to the mixer. The decimation circuit is adapted to decimate the down converted signal by a factor selected based on a characteristic of the input signal. The digital down converter further includes a signal conditioning circuit, coupled to the output of the decimation circuit, that conditions the decimated signal, an interpolator, coupled to the decimation circuit, that increases the number of samples in the conditioned signal, and a second mixer circuit, coupled to the interpolator, the second mixer circuit adapted to modulate a carrier with the conditioned signal.

  • Publication number: 20030039319
Abstract: A spectrum analyzer is provided. The spectrum analyzer includes an input adapted to receive an input signal and a mixer, coupled to the input. The mixer is adapted to produce a down converted signal from the input signal. The spectrum analyzer further includes an adjustable decimation circuit, coupled to the mixer, that selectively decimates the down converted signal, a decoder, coupled to the adjustable decimation circuit, that measures power in the decimated signal, and a control circuit, coupled to the mixer, that selectively controls the frequency of the down converted signals from the mixer to measure power over a frequency spectrum of the input signal.

  • Patent number: 6477197
Abstract: A method and apparatus providing for a multifrequency receiver with upstream switching of received frequencies. The invention is described in connection with a cable plant having a plurality of modems transmitting at a first frequency. It may be desirable to locate a second frequency having more desirable transmission characteristics and to cause the modems to transmit at the second frequency. It is disclosed to utilize an additional receiver coupled through a switch which may be used to both locate a desirable frequency and to facilitate automatic switching of the cable modems from the first frequency to the second frequency.
