    Abstract: A stud-bail assembly is made of a bail with pintles each having a recessed portion which mates with studs having boss portions to create a limiting structure to restrict the swinging movement of the bail, thus preventing the bail from damaging the underlying surface of the assembly. Additionally, the stud-bail assembly is formed as a one-piece part to facilitate ease of shipping and handling.
