Abstract: A system and method for attributing in-store visits to exposure to advertisement (“ad”) impressions associated with an ad campaign are disclosed. The system gathers impression data and uses that data to identify users who were exposed to the ad impressions. The system then uses location data, activity information and in some instances beacon data points reported by mobile devices of the impression users to determine if the impression users visited a target place during a conversion window. Based on the impression users who were exposed to the ad impressions, the system establishes a control group of users who were not exposed to the ad impressions to perform quasi-experimental analyses to assess whether the ad impressions had any impact on changing the impression users' physical in-store visitation behavior.

Abstract: Various embodiments provide for predicting a simulation result for a circuit design using a machine learning model, which can be used as part of a process of an electronic design automation (EDA) system that measures a circuit design (e.g., timing, power, voltage, current, etc.). In particular, various embodiments described herein can enable modeling simulated time measurements of a circuit design, and can enable such modeling with minimal usage of simulation result data.

In one aspect, a method for viewing log data recorded during execution of a program includes causing a display of recorded images depicting prior visual user interaction with the program during a particular time period. The method also includes causing a display of messages tracing and describing prior execution of the program during the particular time period. The display of the messages and the display of the recorded images are synchronized.

Abstract: A benchmark test system captures and records root, or input, behavior from a user input device as one or more time-displaced samples of input. The system also separately captures and records the canvas, or visual, behavior of a user interface in response to the captured input as a series of time-displaced image frames. The image frames are analyzed for visual prompts occurring responsive to the input, and parameters of the image frames are determined. A parametric difference between corresponding ones of the root events and canvas responses is thereby computed, in order to determine a degree of visual responsiveness for the user interface software respective to the root input.

Abstract: Certain embodiments enable image-based stimulus for circuit simulations by extracting a waveform from an image and using that waveform to simulate a circuit. Image-processing aspects may include edge-detection processes to identify a boundary of the waveform in the image.
