The methods further include querying a policy server for information on an IP address of a client running the application, wherein the information includes a device type indicator for the IP address. The methods further include determining that the device type indicator indicates the IP address is assigned to a cellular home internet gateway. The methods further include transmitting a notification to the client running the application upon determining that the IP address is assigned to the cellular home internet gateway.
