    Abstract: The present invention is directed to cinnolinyl and quinolinyl pyrazol-4-yl-pyridine compounds which are allosteric modulators of the M4 muscarinic acetylcholine receptor. The monolithic structure is formed integrally with the embedded cooling channels using an additive manufacturing process.
