  • Publication number: 20250034578
Abstract: Described are methods for subcutaneously administering a therapeutic composition comprising a RNAi agent for inhibiting Receptor for Advanced Glycation End-products (AGER or RAGE). The RAGE RNAi agents and RNAi agent conjugates disclosed herein inhibit the expression of an AGER gene when administered subcutaneously. Pharmaceutical compositions that include one or more RAGE RNAi agents, optionally with one or more additional therapeutics, are also described. Delivery of the described RAGE RNAi agents to pulmonary cells, in vivo, provides for inhibition of AGER gene expression and a reduction in membrane RAGE activity, which can provide a therapeutic benefit to subjects, including human subjects, for the treatment of various diseases including pulmonary inflammation diseases such as severe asthma. Subcutaneous delivery of the RAGE RNAi agents described herein can provide certain advantages over inhaled delivery.

  • Patent number: 6649836
Abstract: Housing is provided for electronic circuitry that monitors the operation of a compressor. The housing includes a module containing the electrical circuitry as well as electrical connectors that connected the circuitry to external wiring. The module is mounted to an external housing member. The wiring inserts through an opening in the external housing member before being connect to the electrical connectors associated with the electronic module. Further openings in the housing member receive conduits carrying further wiring. The conduits extend outwardly from the housing member so as to allow the wiring in the conduits to be supported for an appreciable distance from the housing. A removable housing member is connected to the aforementioned housing member so as to cover the wiring connected to the electrical connectors associated with the electronic module.

  • Patent number: 5296688
Abstract: An apparatus and method for reporting progress notes includes a system wherein a collection of bar encoded input data is selectively scanned by a portable hand-held wand. Stored data is downloaded from the wand at the end of a day or session into a computer which edits the data into phrases, combines the phrases into sentences and the sentences into paragraphs to produce an organized readable full text report without any manual writing, dictation, or transcription.
