  • Publication number: 20260085339
Abstract: Provided herein is a device for detecting the presence of pathogens in a sample and methods of use thereof. The device and method comprises one or more amplification components, an indicator, and a sensor (e.g., a pH sensitive polymer). Contacting a sample with the one or more amplification components, the indicator, and the sensor (e.g., a pH sensitive polymer) in a first region of the device and subjecting the sample to an amplification method may lead to a change in pH, releasing the indicator to flow towards a second region of the device, which generates a visually detectable signal and indicates the presence of a pathogen.

  • Publication number: 20260064516
Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for creating and utilizing machine learning models to generate a provider performance index. In some embodiments, a first and second target may be selected. The first and second targets may respectfully include target values. First and second adjusted target values may be determined by combining the first and second target values with first and second external weights. The external weights may be generated by respective first and second machine learning models. The machine learning models may correspond to the respective targets. First and second error values may be determined based on differences between respective target and adjusted target values. The error values may be normalized and combined to generate an index value.

  • Publication number: 20250290157
Abstract: A method of detecting a pathogen in a fluid sample includes adding the fluid sample to a first region of an assembly; amplifying a polynucleotide sequence of a pathogen in the first region using an amplification method; and detecting a presence of the pathogen by one of the following. Identifying a release of a dye from a pH sensitive polymer. Or, identifying a release of a dye from the first region to a second region that are separated by a pH sensitive polymer. Or, activating a pH sensitive dye in the first region to indicate a presence of the pathogen. Or, indicating a presence of the pathogen on a lateral flow assay in a second region that is separated from the first region by a pH sensitive polymer. Each identification, activation, or indication step occurs after the amplification method adjusts a pH of the fluid sample.

  • Publication number: 20240227000
Abstract: A castable, moldable, and/or extrudable structure using a metallic primary alloy. One or more additives are added to the metallic primary alloy so that in situ galvanically-active reinforcement particles are formed in the melt or on cooling from the melt. The composite contains an optimal composition and morphology to achieve a specific galvanic corrosion rate in the entire composite. The in situ formed galvanically-active particles can be used to enhance mechanical properties of the composite, such as ductility and/or tensile strength. The final casting can also be enhanced by heat treatment, as well as deformation processing such as extrusion, forging, or rolling, to further improve the strength of the final composite over the as-cast material.

  • Patent number: 11480944
Abstract: Exemplary embodiments relate to methods, mediums, and systems for associating information, including critical-to-quality (CTQ) information such as minimum or maximum part dimensions, with parts in a three-dimensional model of a product. The information may be identified by performing a failure mode effect analysis (FMEA) against the model. The information is stored with the model data (e.g., in the form of an annotation applied to a model feature corresponding to the part in question). The model data may be consulted by product lifecycle management (PLM) applications during various phases of the product's lifecycle. Among other possibilities, the information may be used to automatically generate regulatory compliance documentation, to ensure product quality standards are met during a manufacturing process, or to perform postproduction quality monitoring of the product.

  • Publication number: 20210358061
Abstract: A server-client architecture including a host server and a client device. The client device executes a client application that communicably couples to the host server. The host server is configured to receive an input including information related to a particular asset, such as a real property. The host server is configured to access one or more third party databases to enumerate encumbrances upon a seller's title to the particular asset and, in response, generate a grading of a property based on, without limitation, the (1) number and (2) type of encumbrances identified by the third party databases. The grading is thereafter transmitted to the client device for display to a user of the client device.

  • Publication number: 20210034590
Abstract: Disclosed herein are methods and systems for use in database hosting and other systems, such as systems for real estate and other transactions with distributed clients. The methods and systems are directed to maintaining and updating core data to ensure all clients and users have correct data for the transactions. Core data is maintained and updated, in part, by use of append-only ledger systems that assigns a unique identifier to events (inputs) received from users. Such methods and system may be implemented by a cloud-based hosting service. The methods and systems may use an append-only ledger and support schema validation, subscriptions and event replay. The replay of events from the ledger may use a subscription and replay fanout tables.
