  • Publication number: 20210071152
Abstract: The present disclosure provides variant Pol6 polymerase polypeptides, compositions comprising the Pol6 variant polypeptides, and methods for using the variant Pol6 polypeptides for determining the sequencing of nucleic acids, for example, by nanopore sequencing. The variant Pol6 polymerases possess decreased rates of dissociation of template from the polymerase-template complex, which result in increased processivity relative to the parental Pol6 polypeptides from which they are derived.

  • Patent number: 9772862
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide for supporting definition of services in the SOA using templates for definition of processes, tasks, and/or components and wizards associated to the templates for guiding users in defining values to variables in the templates. Embodiments of the present invention provide developers with a guided flow for an integration project as well as guidance from the functional decomposition from the solution architect within an integrated development environment. Embodiments provide pre-built templates that may also contain wizard based interfaces to help the developers to create services that follow best-practices and include necessary plumbing tasks.
    Type: Grant

  • Patent number: 9677198
Abstract: A hybrid cord of at least two multifilament yarns twisted together is described, where the first yarn is a viscose multifilament yarn and the second yarn is a non-metallic multifilament yarn composed of a material that is not identical to the first multifilament yarn. The viscose multifilament yarn is conditioned in the standard climate in accordance with DIN EN ISO 139-1:2005, and has a yarn linear density <1100 dtex and a breaking tenacity of ?45 cN/tex. The hybrid cord has a cord linear density of ?3000 dtex.

  • Publication number: 20160292385
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for determining and verifying dosage levels for patient medications based on medical test results. Patient medical test results can be received and can include a patient identifier identifying the patient, a medical testing date identifying a date a medical test was administered to the patient, and medical test result data. Test result ranges can be identified for comparison to the medical test result data. The medical test result data can be compared to the test result ranges to determine which of the test result ranges the medical test result data falls within. Based on the determination, a medication dosage range associated with the test result range that the medical test result data falls within can be identified. The medication dosage range can be set as the determined and/or suggested medication dosage range for the particular medication for the patient.
