Abstract: The System for Career Technical Education includes an education center that is interconnected through a server. Multiple user interface apparatuses communicate with the server through a data communication network. A computer database is connected to the server that stores gathered data from multiple users. A Learn phase module in which the education center presents online videos to the multiple user interface apparatuses via the data communication network to teach skills to the multiple users. An Apply phase module in which the education center enables the multiple users to apply the skills. A Create phase module in which the education center enables the multiple users to use the taught-and-applied skills to create a virtual reality experience within the server as proof of the user's mastery of the taught-and-applied skills. A certifying agency system connected to the server receives the proof of the user's mastery of the skills from the education center.

A series of custom learning objects is displayed, wherein the learning objects form at least part of an e-learning course that has a mix of modes of learning. The proficiency of the student relating to content of the custom learning objects is accessed. A revised mix for the modes of learning is determined based on the assessment of the proficiency of the student and the modes of learning for the custom learning objects. An additional series of custom learning objects is displayed to the student through the course delivery system, where the additional custom learning objects are based on the revised mix for the modes of learning.

Abstract: A system and method of e-learning involving an online asynchronous interdisciplinary project-based curriculum where students are provided with learning content relating to an interdisciplinary project and complete role-based tasks relating to the project. The students work collaboratively to complete the project thereby developing core learning skills that foster the growth of each student's social communication skills.

Abstract: A comprehensive electronic learning program that evaluates student's learning style preferences and assesses the student's proficiency periodically prior to and/or during an electronic learning course. The information is used to determine subsequent content and supplementary resources for the next section of the course based on the student's learning style preferences.
