  • Patent number: 11393339
Abstract: A system for preventing collisions between users of the system. The system includes a central processing server receiving first path information relating to a first user and second path information relating to a second user. The central processing server determines a projected path of each user. The central processing server compares the projected paths identifies points of intersection, which are locations that put the users at risk of a collision. The central processing server sends navigation directions to avoid the collision to the first user.

  • Patent number: 11392818
Abstract: A user instrument for engaging in a transaction includes a graphically encoded icon having a static portion, and an intrinsic portion comprising an area of stimuli-responsive material defining a first machine-readable indicia. At least a portion of the stimuli-responsive material transforms from a first state to a second state in response to a trigger. The transformation from the first state to the second state of the portion of the stimuli-response material results in a second machine-readable indicia. The transformation of the stimuli-responsive material from the first state to the second state is semi-irreversible. The second machine-readable indicia comprises information to permit or deny the user to engage in a second transaction via the user instrument.

  • Patent number: 11392275
Abstract: Method of generating contextual sending menu starts with processor causing first client device to display first and second portion of display screen in inactivated position. Processor receives selection from first user of first client device of chat selectable item in application interface. Chat selectable item is associated with communication interface of messaging system. In response to receiving the selection, processor generates media content item based on context of first client device and causes first portion and second portion of display screen to be displayed in an activated position by causing first portion to contract, and causing second portion to expand and to comprise a preview of media content item and selectable item associated with second user. Processor then receives from the first user selection of the selectable item associated with the second user, and transmits media content item to second client device. Other embodiments are also disclosed herein.

  • Patent number: 11390380
Abstract: There is provided a pivot turn load alleviation (PTLA) brake system for alleviating structural loads on a pivoting main landing gear of an aircraft in a pivot turn maneuver. The PTLA brake system includes a brake control system operatively coupled to at least two main landing gear, each having two or more wheels. The PTLA brake system further includes a PTLA brake inhibit subsystem coupled to the brake control system. The subsystem inhibits braking of one or more of the two or more wheels of the pivoting main landing gear, in the pivot turn maneuver, so that at least one wheel of the two or more wheels is in an unbraked state, and a remaining number of the two or more wheels are in a braked state. The PTLA brake system alleviates structural loads, and reduces wear on the at least one wheel that is in the unbraked state.
