  • Patent number: 12056003
Abstract: A method and system of managing incidents in a system by employing preemptive incident prevention and self-healing processing. The method detects potential incidents and actual incidents in the system and performs self-healing prevention actions for any detected potential incidents and performs self-healing actions for any detected or notified incidents. The system performs an automated root cause analysis for event notifications related to an incident.

  • Patent number: 11200102
Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method to track a transaction that is executed by a series of applications in a workflow. Each application in the workflow generates an application log file that includes a standard header, which in turn includes a transaction ID associated with the transaction, an outcome associated with a step of the transaction executed by each of the applications, and a timestamp associated with the step of the transaction. The application log file with the header is received and stored by the computer system. The computer system can thereafter retrieve and display the entire transaction history for the transaction across all of the applications in response to a user query. The standard header is appended to the application log file and agnostic to the underlying technology used to implement the application system so that any transaction can be reconstructed end-to-end regardless of the form of the application system.

  • Patent number: 8926370
Abstract: Electrical connector including at least one electrical power contact having a cross-section larger than 8 mm2 and adapted to mate with a complementary connector. The at least one power contact includes a front end adapted to be electrically connected with a first complementary contact of said complementary connector. The at least one electrical power contact includes a back pin having a back pin extremity located at the opposite end of the power contact with respect to the front end and adapted to be electrically connected with a second complementary contact of a second connector.

  • Patent number: 7121866
Abstract: There is described an electric connector (2) having an insulating casing (4) defining a number of cavities housing respective electric terminals and having axes parallel to a first direction (A) in which the connector (2) is coupled to a complementary connector (3); a slide (16) fitted to the casing (4) to slide in a second direction (B) perpendicular to the first direction (A), and having first cam coupling members (19) receiving respective second coupling members (20) on the complementary connector (3) to produce a relative coupling movement between the connectors (2, 3) in the first direction (A) when the slide (16) moves in the second direction (B); releasable retaining means (42, 43, 45, 47, 31, 32) defining a fully assembled position of the slide (16) to the casing (4); and elastic means (35) generating an elastic load on the complementary connector (3) being coupled to the casing (4), so as to expel the complementary connector (3), in the event the slide (16) fails to fully engage the casing (4).
