  • Patent number: 10327791
Abstract: An occlusion bypassing apparatus for re-entering the true lumen of a vessel after subintimally bypassing an occlusion in a vessel. The apparatus includes an outer shaft component, a needle component, and an inflatable balloon. The outer shaft component has a side port proximal to a distal end thereof and a needle lumen there-through that includes a curved distal portion that terminates at the side port of the outer shaft component. The needle component is configured to be slidably disposed within the needle lumen of the outer shaft component. The inflatable balloon includes a body portion that is disposed distal to the side port of the outer shaft component, and the body portion of the balloon has a flattened profile in an inflated state with first and second chambers that laterally extend from opposing sides of the outer shaft component for stabilizing the apparatus within a subintimal space.

  • Patent number: 8994514
Abstract: An apparatus comprises a transceiver, a memory and a processor coupled to the memory. The processor is configured to obtain an identifier and a first set of values from a device via the transceiver, to determine a second set of values, the second set of values being based at least in part on the first set of values and a probabilistic function, to transmit the second set of values to the device via the transceiver, and to create an event indicator associated with the identifier in the memory, the event indicator comprising at least a portion of the first set of values.

  • Patent number: 8469437
Abstract: A movement device has a longitudinal translation guide which can be joined to a fixed frame and is suitable for allowing translation of a mobile element along a primary translation axis between a configuration of at least partial superimposition of the mobile element with the frame opening, and at least one configuration of non-alignment with the opening. When the mobile element is in the configuration of superimposition, it can be moved along a secondary movement axis, incident to the primary translation axis, between the configuration of superimposition and a closing configuration where the mobile element is engaged in the frame opening. The secondary trajectory is substantially linear or rectilinear at least in its terminal section towards the frame opening.
