Abstract: A display apparatus includes a communication interface; a display; memory storing one or more instructions; and one or more processors, wherein the one or more instructions, when executed by the one or more processors, individually or collectively, cause the display apparatus to display, via the display, a video based on content received from a source apparatus, based on a network state for communicating with an external apparatus over a network being in a first state, transmit to the external apparatus, via the communication interface, first video data corresponding to the content, and based on the network state being in a second state, transmit to the external apparatus, via the communication interface, at least one from among (i) feature information of the first video data and (ii) second video data converted based on the first video data.
