Abstract: The present invention is a web-based method for collecting and searching data about a plurality of planned communities that enables buyers to search the data by one or more desired planned community characteristics, particularly those amenities that are peculiar to luxury homes and homesites. In the preferred embodiment, the planned community data is aggregated into a single database and updated automatically. The method pairs front-end and back-end data in a database, so that planned communities' internal sales and marketing operations can be coordinated with the planned community data seen y buyers. The data are displayed on a website, and certain data are available to the public, while other data are accessible to authorized users only.
