Abstract: A Balance Arm with treads or notches on one of its halves with a moveable constant load, for example one or two weights, as the device creates a new method of creating a variable force using a constant load. The scope of application of this device and its method are limitless—it can be applied in all cases where creation of a variable applied force which must change depending on need of the user, with the aid of a constant load, is required. The simplicity of the device and of the method makes it possible to do this smoothly, quickly, reliably, safely, and inexpensively.

Abstract: This is a unique device for training foot and leg muscles; it consists of a pedal attached to a pedestal. The front end of the pedal is connected to the balance arm by means of a metal rod; the balance arm is mounted to a stand. The balance arm rule is used for the first time to achieve specific pressure on the muscles due to movement of weight on the lever arm. Fixed load in the form of balance weights is used to adjust pressure. The change in pressure is achieved due to movement of balance weights along one lever arm of the balance arm (for example, this could be the right side). The movement of the balance weights on the threaded portion can be used to adjust the pressure on the foot.
