    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method and device for backhaul transmission. In example embodiments, the first network device transmits uplink (UL) data to a second network device in a first UL backhaul link, the first UL backhaul link being scheduled by the first network device. The second network device is located in upstream of the first network device. The first network device receives downlink (DL) data from the second network device in a first DL backhaul link. The first DL backhaul link is scheduled by the second network device. In this way, the transmission latency may be reduced, and the transmission efficiency may be improved.

    Abstract: A virtual reality (VR) or augmented reality (AR) head mounted display (HMD) includes multiple image capture devices positioned within the HMD to capture portions of a face of a user wearing the HMD. Images from an image capture device include a user's eye, while additional images from another image capture device include the user's other eye. The images and the additional images are provided to a controller, which applies a trained model to the images and the additional images to generate a vector identifying a position of the user's head and positions of the user's eye and fixation of each of the user's eyes. Additionally, illumination sources illuminating portions of the user's face include in the images and in the additional images are configured when the user wears the HMD to prevent over-saturation or under-saturation of the images and the additional images.

    Abstract: The invention discloses a preparation method of pH/reduction responsive polyamino acid zwitterionic nanoparticles, which belongs to the technical field of polymer synthesis and biomedical materials. In the invention aliphatic amines are used to initiate ring-opening polymerization of ?-benzyl-L-glutamate-N-carboxylic anhydride, and the obtained poly(?-benzyl-L-glutamate) reacts with L-lysine to form azwitterionic polymer. The zwitterionic polymer is crosslinked by cysteamine, producing pH/reduction responsive polyamino acid zwitterionic nanoparticles after purification. The nanoparticles are pH responsive and resistant to non-specific protein adsorption. Because cysteamine contains disulfide bonds, the nanoparticles have sensitive reductive responsiveness and can load anticancer drugs for controlled release at the target site of cancer.

An example method may include receiving laser point data for laser light reflected from the physical environment and detected by a laser sensor. Points included in the laser point data can be correlated to grid cells in an environment map that represents the physical environment. Error ranges for the points correlated to the grid cells can be determined based in part on an error distribution. Occupation probabilities can then be calculated for the grid cells in the environment map using an interpolation technique and grid cell occupation probabilities for adjacent error grid cells selected based in part on the error ranges of the points, and the grid cells in the environment map can be updated with the occupation probabilities.

The first and second materials have different chemical compositions, and include at least one of an oxide and a metal. A catalyst is deposited on and/or around the materials, and can also be deposited on the substrate. The substrate is exposed to the electric potential in the presence of a carbon-containing gas during chemical vapor deposition. This causes carbon nanotubes to grow from the catalyst, in alignment with the electric potential.
