  • Patent number: 6401711
Abstract: A diving device that allows the diver to go below the surface of the water and still breath surface pressure air. By using a plurality of check valves and a helmet and carapace, that keeps the surface pressure around the divers critical chest, head, neck, and abdominal area. The old law that you can not breathe surface pressure air below the surface is broken. 2 long hoses communicates with the surface, and allows even novice divers to reach 10 to 30 feet below the surface with a heretofore-unknown safety and ease. This can be thought of as taking a submarine to its smallest possible size.
