Patent number: 12252721Abstract: This invention relates in part to soybean event pDAB8264.44.06.1 and includes a novel expression cassettes and transgenic inserts comprising multiple traits conferring resistance to glyphosate, aryloxyalkanoate, and glufosinate herbicides. This invention also relates in part to methods of controlling resistant weeds, plant breeding and herbicide tolerant plants. In some embodiments, the event sequence can be “stacked” with other traits, including, for example, other herbicide tolerance gene(s) and/or insect-inhibitory proteins. This invention further relates in part to endpoint TAQMAN® PCR assays for the detection of Event pDAB8264.44.06.1 in soybeans and related plant material. Some embodiments can perform high throughput zygosity analysis of plant material and other embodiments can be used to uniquely identify the zygosity of and breed soybean lines comprising the event of the subject invention. Kits and conditions useful in conducting these assays are also provided.Type: GrantFiled: November 8, 2023Date of Patent: March 18, 2025Assignees: CORTEVA AGRISCIENCE LLC, M.S. Patent number: 10956660Abstract: A facility for generating a graphic image is described. The facility receives from a user a body of text whose creation is not subject to any rules or prototypes. The facility discerns from the body of text a textual organization. The facility then generates a graphic image conveying the discerned textual organization.Type: GrantFiled: November 15, 2016Date of Patent: March 23, 2021Assignee: Microsoft Technology Licensing, LLCInventors: Lawrence Fubini Waldman, Dawn M. Wright, Gary A. Pritting, Lutz Gerhard, Matthew J. Kotler, Cynthia C. Shelly

Patent number: 8170983Abstract: Managing data across a semantic data view and a presentation data view may be provided. A semantic model may be represented in a semantic data view and a presentation model may be represented in a presentation data view. The presentation model may correspond to a graphical representation of the semantic model. In addition, a command may be received directed toward the semantic data view or the presentation data view. The semantic model and the presentation model may be operated upon according to the received command. Furthermore, the semantic model represented in the semantic data view and the presentation model represented in the presentation data view may be updated in response to operating on the semantic model and the presentation model according to the received command. The semantic model and the presentation model may be simultaneously maintained in a volatile memory in a computer.Type: GrantFiled: May 18, 2010Date of Patent: May 1, 2012Assignee: Microsoft CorporationInventors: Crystal L. Hoyer, Cynthia C. Shelly, Dawn M. Wright, Karen K. Wong, Matthew J. Kotler
