  • Publication number: 20180177419
Abstract: A method for presenting an ST event in an electrocardiogram (ECG) comprises: drawing an amplitude trend graph of an ST segment in the ECG; detecting an ST event in the amplitude trend graph of the ST segment; and marking the detected ST event in the amplitude trend graph of the ST segment. In the present invention, the ST event is automatically detected and marked in the amplitude trend graph of the ST segment, so that the ST events are presented more intuitively, and the user can intuitively and quickly locate the ST event in the amplitude trend graph of the ST segment and quickly know a raised or depressed situation of the ST event; the time of subsequent analysis and summary can be effectively reduced, and a blood supply state of the heart of the subject can be timely and quickly known.

  • Publication number: 20130041276
Abstract: Related to a method and system for automatically detecting and analyzing pediatric ECGs, the invention comprises a signal acquisition system, a lead number determination module, a QRS wave positioning module, a P and T wave positioning module, a template and waveform analysis module, an automatic comparison module and a display and print module. The invention is a computer-aided analysis to the electrocardiograms of pediatric patients under the age of 16, applicable to the electrocardiograms of children acquired by different numbers of leads, and can be more widely used in clinical application. Moreover, the invention adopts the combined single-lead and multi-lead method to position the easily interfered characteristic points of P, QRS and T waves of pediatric ECGs. Therefore, this method can avoid the errors caused by single-lead calculation, guarantee the accuracy of parameter calculation, and consequently guarantee the accuracy of final automatic analysis results.

  • Publication number: 20110037514
Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for the removal of power line interference (PLI) to the signal parts of which are abrupt. First, to the non-abrupt part of the original input signal, we pass it to the notch filter, and get the output as the system output. Then, to the abrupt part, we subtract previous output from the original input signal; and add a straight line, connecting the starting and end of previous output, to the result of the subtraction to get the input of the notch filter. After processing of the notch filter, we add previous output to current output of the notch filter; and subtract the straight line as before from the sum to get the output of this step. We repeat this processing several times. During the detection of electrocardiogram (ECG), 50/60 Hz power line interference conceals the subtle changes in the original ECG, which affects the diagnosis.
