  • Publication number: 20230386011
Abstract: A novel video inspection method for an interior surface of a small diameter pipe may include the steps of advancing a videoscope through the pipe of known size while acquiring raw images therefrom; estimating the video camera pose for at least some of the raw images; sequentially building a pipe point cloud, a mesh, and a 3D textured model of the interior surface of the pipe from the raw images with adjustments for video camera poses; unwrapping the raw images using camera poses and the pipe point cloud to create unwrapped images of the interior surface of the pipe; and creating a panoramic image of the interior surface of the pipe by stitching the unwrapped images together. The method improves on a conventional Structure-from-Motion technique and allows enhanced sharpness, reduced artifacts, and improved uniformity of lighting as a result of reduced model noise and removal of outliers. The method may be implemented with conventional video borescopes by postprocessing raw images using proprietary software.

  • Publication number: 20230002854
Abstract: A new method for extracting lithium from salt lake brine, comprising the following steps: a salt lake old brine raw material, desorption liquid, low-magnesium water, and adsorption tail liquid pass through an old brine feeding pipe (2), a desorption liquid feeding pipe (4), a low-magnesium water top desorption liquid feeding pipe (3), and an adsorption tail liquid top desorption liquid feeding pipe (11), respectively, which are located above and below a rotary disc of a multi-way valve system (1); and after respectively entering corresponding adsorption columns (6) by means of a duct and channel within the multi-way valve system (1), the entire process procedure is completed from an adsorption tail liquid discharge pipe (7), a qualified desorption liquid discharge pipe (10), a lithium-containing old brine discharge pipe (8), and an adsorption tail liquid top desorption liquid discharge pipe (5); and the adsorption columns (6) are connected in series or in parallel by means of channels located in the multi-way

  • Publication number: 20130330708
Abstract: A sorter for separating cells and particles comprises a Raman spectrum collection and analysis system, a microfluidic system and a cell/particle sorting system. The microfluidic system is connected with the Raman spectrum collection and analysis system, the Raman spectrum collection and analysis system is connected with the cell/particle sorting system, and the cell/particle sorting system is connected with the microfluidic system. Also disclosed is a sorting method for separating cells and particles. The sorter can effectively identify and sort cells, nano-materials, particles and cell inclusions with a size from nanometers to micrometers, and as compared with methods such as fluorescence or radioisotope labelling, etc., it can provide a greater abundance of characteristic information about cells or particles in the same amount of time.
