    Abstract: A display panel and a display terminal are provided. The display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, a liquid crystal layer, and an optical adjustment layer. The second substrate is spaced apart from and opposite to the first substrate, and a plurality of protrusions are provided on the surface of the second substrate away from the first substrate. The liquid crystal layer is between the first substrate and the second substrate. The optical adjustment layer is provided on the side of the second substrate away from the first substrate, the optical adjustment layer is provided with a plurality of grooves, and the grooves are fitted with corresponding protrusions. A refractive index of the second substrate is smaller than a refractive index of the optical adjustment layer.
