    Abstract: An apparatus for providing a dry seat in a variety of vehicles. The apparatus comprises an elongated housing member having a predetermined shape. A seat cover is disposed as a roll within the elongated housing member. Such seat cover having a first side formed of a first predetermined material and a second side formed of a second predetermined material. An opening is disposed on one side of the elongated housing member for permitting such seat cover to be extended out of the elongated housing member so as to cover a seat in such variety of vehicles.
