  • Patent number: 11909774
Abstract: A private video surveillance service shares an image stream through an asset lock with government agencies in the event of emergency. Nominated agencies establish access credentials at the surveillance service data center. A camera is shared by a facility administrator's selection of permissions on each camera via privileged web-browser or mobile device. A government agency receives an electronic notification from the administrator to operate an agency dedicated application programming interface. A notification may be customized for each responding agency and each event by dynamically generating a transient link to a secure webserver which expires to limit exposure to ranges of date-time. Video servers remain controlled by the facility administrator.

  • Publication number: 20230154298
Abstract: A system provides a transformed video stream from, a publicly or privately owned and operated camera bearing on an in-scope location vicinity, to, a responding emergency service agency (ESA). A request from an emergency services agent's display terminal includes location indicia and elicits a map of cameras bearing on the location vicinity as well as other display terminals in the area. Upon request, an application programming interface enables a video stream to comply with the privacy and access settings of the camera owner/operators. A plurality of private and public security surveillance cameras is coupled to a server. Exterior/street view video images are streamed to the server which may contact an owner for emergency access. An emergency agency vehicle at a location has a display for a selected gallery of obfuscated exterior/street views from cooperative networks of public and private security cameras bearing on the vicinity of an incident.

  • Patent number: 11580060
Abstract: A system includes a real-time partitioning separation kernel installed on a multi-core processor. Guest operating systems are hosted with in hardware virtualized machines in the cores. Another hardware virtualized machine performs a real-time USB-CAN interface communicatively coupled to distributed electronic control units which acquire data and command actuators. A plurality of hardware virtualized machines support processes of various criticality. A secure shared memory serves as the communication means between processes performing different levels of functionality at suitable latency ranges. a policy to distinguish, allocate, and distribute clock, memory, and input/output resources to meet focused latency ranges to the Observation, Decision, and Execution processes. Remaining resources have diffuse latency ranges made available to the Observation, Decision, and Execution processes in an as available but guarded minimum and maximum buffet.

  • Publication number: 20230017906
Abstract: A method enables video surveillance service subscribers to share image streams with individual first responder agencies in the event of emergency. A customer administrator selects permissions on each camera via privileged web-browser or mobile device. Permissions enable selection by static meta data such as type, audio, location, motion, recognition, spectrum, and epoch. Setting ranges of time controls access to video streams of present and past epochs. Under control by a customer administrator, a virtual machine dedicated to each responding agency instantiates a video server. A camera is shared by a customer administrator's selection of permissions on each camera via privileged web-browser or mobile device. Video streams of present and past epochs are controlled by ranges of time. A notification is customized for each responding agency and each event by dynamically generating a link to a secure webserver which records geo-location or network identifiers for validation.

  • Patent number: 11019310
Abstract: Private video streams are provided to emergency services agents' devices by authenticating UDP packets at an access control server and initiating an Application Programming Interface at a video server. The access control server conditionally responds to a UDP query from a mobile device with an answer containing an address of an API. Settings provided by a facility/video stream owner validate the query, and synthesize a one-time IPv6 address. A virtual machine image of an API couples cameras to mobile devices. Video images are transformed into a pastiche with 2D facility maps or 3D models. The device transforms an optical image e.g. a QRcode into a packet for transmission as a query. The packet contains authentication credentials and identity indicia of sender and desired video image access. The device receives a reply containing the address of the API and displays resulting video.
