  • Cord dump and bag tensioning cap

    Abstract: The invention provides a resiliently mounted top cap for a cleaner bag that tends to urge a bag upwardly to tighten it. At the same time, the cap may be removed downwardly against its spring bias for shaking as a dirt loosening mechanism.
