Patent number: 8777775Abstract: The mallet putter head in this present invention is comprised of a body cast in 304 stainless steel having a smooth putting face with a 3 degree loft and also balancing weights starting at the putter face and continuing to the rear curve of the putter head giving a proper look, weight and feel. There are three painted grooves perpendicular to the putter face to assist the golfer in aligning the putter to the intended line of the putt. A hole just smaller than a golf ball is also provided that will assist the golfer in aligning the putt. The sole of the putter is curved to permit easy movement of the putter head in the pendulum swing and also in or out in front of the body. The rear end of the putter allows the golfer to pick up a golf ball, if desired.Type: GrantFiled: March 21, 2012Date of Patent: July 15, 2014Inventor: Lyle Dean Johnson

Patent number: 8591739Abstract: The present invention discloses a method and apparatus for separating particles and dissolved matter from a fluid stream. Specifically, the present invention includes a first pressure source which transports untreated fluid into a separator annulus with a filter element disposed therein. The untreated fluid is placed under appropriate pressure sufficient to produce turbulent flow, increased particle kinetics and/or cavitation physics allowing the desired fluid to penetrate and pass into and through the filter media. The filtered fluid is then transported to a collection tank. The contaminant particulate matter retained on the exterior of the filter media may be removed by the instantaneous reverse pressurization of the separator annulus by a second pressure source thereby removing the contaminant particles away from contact with the filter media, and which may then be transported to a waste collection tank or a concentrator for further treatment.Type: GrantFiled: September 27, 2007Date of Patent: November 26, 2013Assignee: Tervita, LLCInventors: Raymond Ford Johnson, Markley Dean Johnson, Rodney Grage

Patent number: 8501886Abstract: The invention is a two part polymerizable composition comprising in one part an organoboron compound capable of forming free radical generating species amine complex and in the second part one or more compounds capable of free radical polymerization and a cure accelerator comprising a) at least one compound containing a quinone structure or b) at least one compound containing at least one aromatic ring and one or more, preferably two substituents on the aromatic ring selected from hydroxyl, ether and both, where there are two substituents they are located either ortho or para with respect to one another and a peroxide containing compound. The second part may further contain an agent capable of causing the organoboron compound to form free radical generating species upon contacting the two parts. The first part may further comprises one or more compounds capable of free radical polymerization. This facilitates formulating compositions that have commercially desirable volumetric ratios of the two parts.Type: GrantFiled: September 26, 2007Date of Patent: August 6, 2013Assignee: Dow Global Technologies LLCInventors: Gary L. Jialanella, Dean A. Johnson
