    Abstract: A disposable mini-toothbrush comprises a brush and flosser head positioned at a first and second end of a handle portion. The brush head is comprised of a plurality of bristles that extend in opposite directions from a bristle supporting element. The plurality of bristles which extend in opposite directions facilitate cleaning of the upper and lower teeth without having to readjust grip by a user. The mini-toothbrush also comprises a first and second flat grip element to facilitate manipulation of the brush and flosser head while using only a thumb and at least one finger by the user. In its preferred embodiment, the plurality of bristles will be coated with dentifrice for cleaning is of the user's teeth and gums. A thin plastic cover surrounds and seals the toothbrush and provides a seal which maintains sterility during shipping and storage.

    Abstract: A fully disposable cleaning device for cleaning a toilet comprising of a hollow elongated outer member with an inner member that is telescopically slidable from a stored position to an extended position within the outer member to form a handle. The outer member component of the handle formed for grasping by a user. The outer and inner member have first and second ends with a cleaning head being secured to the second end of the inner member. The cleaning head is made of a resilient material that is in a compacted when the handle is in a stored position for economic efficiencies in packaging, shipping and storage. When the handle is manipulated from the stored position to the extended position, the cleaning head is exposed and ready for use. The cleaning head may be comprised of an absorbent material that is fully expandable when moistened. The cleaning head is infused with cleaning and disinfecting chemicals for cleaning the toilet. The handle may be made of a plant based biodegradable material or plastic.

This exercise machine provides the user the capability to effectively work the entire upper body with a wide variety of exercises and multiple resistance levels while simultaneously being able to exercise the lower body. Each upper body assembly comprises a plurality of elastic bands connected between the frame and handle members. The handle support locations and connecting elastic bands are adapted to permit a full range of motion for a variety of upper body exercises without having to pause to switch upper body exercises or change resistant levels while exercising with the lower body assembly. The handles are movably supported on the frame to allow the connecting elastic bands to be in a pretension state for full range of resistance throughout each movement of each upper body exercise.
