  • Publication number: 20040109480
Abstract: The present invention is directed to an apparatus and method to create images on large and distant backdrops such as clouds.
    Type: Application
    Filed: December 6, 2002
    Publication date: June 10, 2004
    Inventor: Dean VanDruff
  • Publication number: 20040085478
Abstract: A radio controlled tiled video display system, where each RF display tile receives video signal from a central controller and broadcast unit rather than from electrical interconnection. Each RF display tile has a unique ID which is mapped into a control unit. The control unit broadcasts to each tile separately to create the overall image. Complex interconnect schemes of the prior art are thus replaced by complex computing in the central controller and high-speed RF broadcast. By means of the present invention, very large flat-panel displays are now possible to cost-effectively manufacture and install in the field.
    Type: Application
    Filed: November 6, 2002
    Publication date: May 6, 2004
    Inventor: Dean VanDruff
  • Publication number: 20020193721
Abstract: A wound closure tape apparatus and method shaped substantially like a grid or screen meant to replace or work in conjunction with traditional stitches and staples.
    Type: Application
    Filed: June 15, 2001
    Publication date: December 19, 2002
    Inventor: Dean VanDruff
  • Publication number: 20020150416
Abstract: An apparatus and method to change the mode of computer keyboard use from alpha-numeric language orientation to become a stenotype keyboard where the keys change meaning for this purpose is provided. The present invention is unique in that it uses a standard computer keyboard without requiring mechanical changes or modifications. The apparatus and method thus provide the ability to stenotype on any qualified standard or future keyboard as long as appropriate software is installed on the computer.
    Type: Application
    Filed: April 11, 2001
    Publication date: October 17, 2002
    Inventor: Dean VanDruff
  • Publication number: 20020134218
Abstract: An apparatus and method to change the mode of computer keyboard use from alpha-numeric language orientation to become a musical input keyboard where the keys change meaning for this purpose is provided. The apparatus and method implements a unique musical mapping for a standard computer keyboard such that the musical notes that are most often used in musical composition are mapped to keys of a home row of the standard keyboard. Musical notes that are the next most often utilized in musical composition are mapped to keys in the rows above and below the home row. All other musical notes are mapped based on their relative probability of being used in combination with the notes mapped in the home row and the rows above and below the home row.
    Type: Application

    Publication date: September 26, 2002
