An outer peripheral edge of the encaser liner is sealed between outer peripheral edges of the first and second film substrates to create a hermetic seal forming a first fillable space between the first film substrate and a first layer of the encaser liner, a second fillable space between the second film substrate and a second layer of the encaser liner, and an internal volume defined by the first and second layers of the encaser liner and disposed between the first and second fillable spaces. The skin therapy system further includes a therapeutic composition contained within the first and second fillable spaces.
