  • Publication number: 20240093586
Abstract: A mobile transport is used for slurry at a wellsite. An enclosure on the mobile transport has a chamber configured to hold the slurry, and a weighing assembly on the mobile transport is configured to weigh solid content of the slurry discharged from the wellsite to the chamber. One or more level sensors on the mobile transport are configured to measure a level of the slurry in the chamber, and one or more gas sensors on the mobile transport are configured to measure a property (e.g., content, proportion, etc.) of gas content in the chamber. A vapor recovery assembly on the mobile transport is in communication with the chamber. The vapor recovery assembly is configured to draw the gas content of the slurry from the chamber or capture any gas out and prevent it from emitting into the atmosphere. A control system is in operational communication with the weighing assembly, the one or more level sensors, the one or more gas sensors, and the vapor recovery assembly.

  • Publication number: 20220357719
Abstract: An automated computer-vision system is used for timing the sand drainage in a sand management arrangement that handles flowback of sand and other solid materials in a slurry of flow from well(s) at wellsite(s). The automated system uses infrared imaging of flowback equipment to determine a level of solids (sand) in the equipment. Image processing of the temperature differences of the content in the equipment gives a demarcation of the sand and liquid separation in the equipment, which is used to determine how much sand is present. If the equipment is found to be full or above a predefined benchmark, the automated system operates a discharge skid to discharge the contents to a waste tank.

  • Publication number: 20220268134
Abstract: A sand disposal system is used with a sand management arrangement that handles flow-back of sand and other solid materials in a slurry of flow from well(s) at wellsite(s). The sand disposal system includes a tank filling module that mounts on a disposal tank at a wellsite. The module controls and weighs the disposal of the solid material or sand into the tank by actuating a flap and sensing weight with a weight sensor. The module also monitors the level in the tank to determine when emptying of the tank is needed. A control system can control operations of the module in conjunction with the other processes of the sand management arrangement.

  • Patent number: 8024368
Abstract: In order to parse a flat file to create an XML instance, information about the data and its hierarchy is captured in an XML schema definition. Once the data structure is defined in the Schema, the parsing instructions for the flat file are introduced in the schema so that after producing an XML instance from a schema definition, the instance may be populated with live data from the flat file.

  • Patent number: 4596744
Abstract: Oxime blocked polyisocyanate cross-linking agents for use with amine epoxy resin adducts in cathodic electrodeposition processes. The oxime blocking agents are the reaction products of acyclic aliphatic carbonyl-containing compounds having at least 7 carbon atoms and hydroxylamine. The oxime blocked polyisocyanates produce cathodic electrodeposited coatings which are smoother than coatings produced by oxime blocked polyisocyanates known in the art.

  • Patent number: 4575524
Abstract: Cathodic electrodepositable resin compositions particularly adapted for use as film forming compositions in cathodic electrodeposition processes. The resin is the reaction product of a modified epoxy formed by reacting a polyepoxide with a water soluble or water miscible polyol, an excess of polyamine, and a fatty acid. The resin, when combined with a cross-linking agent and solubilized in an aqueous electrodeposition bath, is capable of depositing high build coatings in a short period of time with a low cross-linking temperature in a cathodic electrodeposition process. The resin compositions are salted with an acid and used as components of aqueous cathodic electrodeposition baths.
