Abstract: The present invention relates to a portable lounge chair. In its broadest context, the device includes a main panel, a back panel and a canopy panel all pivotally interrelated. The main panel further includes two depending side carrying panels for use in carrying suntan lotion, sodas or other accessories. Furthermore the canopy panel includes two depending sunshades. The details as to the various components of the device, and the manner in which they interrelate will be described in greater detail hereinafter.
