  • Patent number: 12680939
Abstract: An apparatus and system for integrating flow cytometry measurements into a medical procedure. An example integrated flow sampling apparatus may include a discharge tube, fluidly connecting a catheter within a patient to a drainage bag. In addition, the apparatus may include an integrated flow sampling cassette. The integrated flow sampling cassette may include a bypass tube having two ends, each fluidly connected to the discharge tube. The bypass tube may further include a flow detection region enabling detection of a flow of discharge fluid through the bypass tube; an imaging region enabling detection of cells within the flow of discharge fluid; and a flow control valve enabling impedance of the flow of discharge fluid through the bypass tube. The apparatus may additionally include protrusions extending into the discharge tube and facilitating the entry of the discharge fluid into the bypass tube and subsequently back into the discharge tube.

  • Publication number: 20260061417
Abstract: Various embodiments described herein relate to methods, apparatuses, and systems for sampling fluid and analyzing fluid samples. In various embodiments, a fluid sampling cartridge for capturing a fluid sample comprises a slide body configured for receiving a fluid sample within a fluid channel; a cartridge locator configured for physical engagement with a housing defined by a fluid sampling system to align the fluid sampling cartridge in an installed position within the housing; a body holder secured relative to the slide body and configured to be dynamically engaged with the cartridge locator, wherein the cartridge locator is configured to rotate about a central axis thereof relative to the body holder; wherein the fluid sampling cartridge is configured for arrangement within the housing in the installed position to facilitate execution of an imaging operation by the fluid sampling system with respect to the fluid sample captured in the fluid channel.

  • Publication number: 20260012695
Abstract: A fluid sampling device comprising a reel having a plurality of imaging chambers configured to receive a fluid sample. Each imaging chamber is configured to be illuminated from a first side and to emit light through the fluid sample and out of a second side. Further, the reel may comprise a plurality of fluid paths. Each fluid path of the plurality of fluid paths is positioned between two imaging chambers of the plurality of imaging chambers and at each end of an imaging chamber of the plurality of imaging chambers. Each fluid path is an interconnect between two imaging chambers to provide a flow path.

  • Publication number: 20250305917
Abstract: A microchannel slide system is provided. For example, a microchannel slide system comprises a microchannel slide comprising a main body, two or more flow channels, a mixing chamber, a selectively actuated vibrator positioned within or adjacent to the mixing chamber, an imaging chamber, and a mixing chamber release valve positioned between the mixing chamber and the imaging chamber. Each flow channel receives a corresponding flow of a liquid. The mixing chamber receives the flows of the liquid from the flow channels. The vibrator, when actuated, mixes the received flows of the liquid to create a mixed liquid. The imaging chamber receives the mixed liquid from the mixing chamber. The mixing chamber release valve selectively allows the mixed liquid to flow from the mixing chamber to the imaging chamber. A depth of the imaging chamber is selected to enable imaging of the mixed liquid in the imaging chamber.
