An example apparatus includes a solution predictor to predict a solution for servicing an imaging device based on the at least one of an error code or an identified issue and information related to previous solutions corresponding to the at least one of the error code or the identified issue. The apparatus further includes a care package generator to generate a customized data structure corresponding to the solution, the customized data structure including automated solutions to service the imaging device.

Abstract: A technique is provided for resolving a reportable condition. Upon detection of a reportable condition on a processor-based medical system, machine data is provided to a knowledge engine. One or more identified solutions are received from the knowledge engine and implemented on the processor-based medical system. The one or more solutions are verified as they are implemented to determine if the currently implemented solution resolves the reportable condition. Routines implementing some or all of the technique may be provided on a processor-based system or on a machine-readable medium.

Abstract: A system is provided for remotely servicing medical diagnostic systems. The diagnostic systems may include a range of modalities and system types. A remote service facility may be contacted by the diagnostic systems, or may contact the diagnostic systems via a network link. Service requests, messages, protocols, data and log files, and so forth, may be transmitted between the diagnostic systems and the service facility. The service requests are handled by the service facility interactively with the medical diagnostic systems. The diagnostic systems are thereby apprised of the status of service requests, service reports, and so forth. A uniform interface and platform are provided for facilitating interactive communications of service requests and data between the diagnostic systems and the service facility.
