The system comprises a database of offers accessible through connection by consumer operated computers upon authentication of consumer registration, an offer presentation module for controlling access to the database of offers and a consumer registration module allowing registration of a consumer for access to the database of offers. The consumer registration module allows registration of a consumer upon submission of identifying information provided to the consumer by a party who has identified the consumer as belonging to a designated category and used to identify the consumer as belonging to the designated category.

The quencher moieties are non-fluorescent and accept energy transfer from fluorescent reporter labels by any energy-transfer mechanism, such as FRET. Fluorescence quencher compositions are useful in preparing quencher labeled biomolecules for various molecular biology assays based on fluorescence detection.

Abstract: Labeled antibodies, antibody fragments or peptides binding to soluble cytokines or cytokine receptors are used to diagnose whether a patient has cancer or an autoimmune disease. In a preferred embodiment, a radiolabelled tag that is chemically bound to a peptide, antibody, or antibody fragment specific for sTNFR-1 and/or sTNFR2 is injected into a patient with a tumor, or suspected tumor, or with any disease associated with STNF-1/STNF-2. The patient is then imaged using standard nuclear imaging equipment to detect areas or sites of concentration of the radiolabel and/or receptor/inhibitor and/or antigen. By screening for cancer by the substances it produces, using an injected antibody to that substance with a tracer attached to it, one can detect cancer at a very early stage, potentially even microscopically.

Each of the absorbent articles has a body contacting surface and a garment contacting surface opposing the body contacting surface. Each of the absorbent articles includes a component material disposed between the body contacting surface and the garment contacting surface. The component material has a printed graphic which is seen through either the body contacting surface or the garment contacting surface. The n graphics of the n absorbent articles are different from each other, and preferably have a predetermined association. In another aspect, the invention is directed to a method of printing a graphic on a sheet material which will become a component material for the absorbent articles.
