  • Publication number: 20040247710
Abstract: This invention is directed to an aromatherapy compound that relieves symptoms of female hormonal imbalances. It uniquely comprises an externally applied compound consisting of “essential oils” (highly concentrated oils extracted from plant cells for use in natural, therapeutic applications) that aid in the relief or reduction of symptoms of pre, post and peri-menopause and premenstral syndrome. The compound preferably comprises specific proportions of essential oil of geranium, essential oil of lavender, and essential oil of cypress. The preferred embodiment is to add the compound to a “carrier” (a base for diluting the aromatherapy compound) such as water. The preferred formula is approximately one part lavender, two parts geranium, and four parts cypress blended in approximately four hundred, twenty-five parts of the carrier.
