In particular, the disclosure provides Botanicals and Biotin or analogs thereof, that proliferate or reduce stem cell populations and activate or attenuate Wnt/?-Catenin signaling in tissues expressing Wnt1OB including, adipose, adrenal, artery, blood, bone marrow, brain, breast, cervix, colon, esophagus, heart, intestine, kidney, liver, lung, muscle, ovary, pituitary, prostate, skin, spleen, testis, thyroid, uterus and vagina. The present compositions and methods are particularly suited to growing and melanizing hair.

Arranged within the hem and extending around the peripheral edge, is a drawstring which serves both as a closure and as a handle for the display when placed in a storage configuration.
