    Abstract: A decorative accessory includes a plate having a top surface, a bottom surface, and a plurality of openings extending through said plate, and a frame connected with and extending around an outer perimeter of the plate, whereby the frame projects from the bottom surface of the plate to define a partially enclosed area located beneath the bottom surface of the plate. The accessory includes at least one bead overlying the top surface of the plate, and at least one flexible securing element passing through the at least one bead, the at least one flexible securing element having first and second free ends that pass through different openings in the plate. The first and second free ends of the at least one flexible securing element are joined together beneath the bottom surface of the plate for securing the at least one bead to the plate.
