  • Publication number: 20150352917
Abstract: A unique adjustable trailer-locking system comprises a locking ball, a lock, a locking pin, a key, and first, second, third, and fourth size-adjusting caps. The locking ball has a through hole. Each of the first, second, third, and fourth size-adjusting caps has a dome shape and a hollow shaft attached to its center. Each of the hollow shafts can be inserted into the through hole or another one of the hollow shafts to quickly and easily assemble, disassemble, and switch the locking ball from one size to another, to snuggly fit inside a hitch-ball receiver of any of all three standardized sizes (1? inches, 2 inches, and 2 5/16 inches) to eliminate all the cavities or gaps therebetween, to prevent a crowbar from being inserted therebetween to pry the locking ball off or to damage it, to prevent trailer theft. The locking pin is for being inserted through a hitch-ball-receiver lever and through the lock.

  • Publication number: 20150048290
Abstract: A unique plasticized fence clipping system comprises fence posts, fence rails, wire panels, plasticized rail clips, and plasticized double-locking-head arms. The plasticized rail clips have wire recesses. The wire panels have top wires. The wire recesses are for locking the top wires therein. The plasticized rail clips and plasticized double-locking-head arms are for quickly and easily locking and releasing the top wires of the wire panels to and from the inside of the fence rails, respectively, such that the unique plasticized fence clipping system absorbs vibrations exerted on the fence and prevents the metal components of the fence from contacting and grinding against one another, and from squeaking and moaning, to keep the fence quiet and to prevent the metal components from rusting.

  • Patent number: 8807513
Abstract: A multi-adjustable, rotating, and opposite-double-locking umbrella-stanchion system is operated with one finger for oppositely double-locking and -unlocking the umbrella-supporting post of a crank-arm-operated umbrella to secure it in different positions. The system comprises a canopy system, a supporting post, a stanchion base, a U-shaped rotational lever, an actuator arm, a push rod, two opposite L-shaped locking arms, two opposite locking cleats, radial teeth, and two opposite tension springs for pushing the opposite locking cleats downward to oppositely double-lock the post and the canopy system, in place. The radial teeth are molded to the stanchion base. To operate the system, lift the U-shaped rotational lever with one finger to lift the opposite locking cleats to oppositely double-unlock them. Next, rotate the supporting post to a desired position. Then, release the U-shaped rotational lever to oppositely double-lock the opposite locking cleats between the radial teeth.

  • Patent number: 8757183
Abstract: A unique solar-powered, pulley-assisted, simultaneously-and-oppositely-movable-top-and-bottom-weighted-bracket umbrella has movable weighted rib and strut brackets for eliminating the umbrella-operating roughness by having predetermined weights to increase the gravitational forces exerted thereon when they are moving up and down. The umbrella further has an electric motor, a solar panel to collect energy from the sun light, and a circuit-board control center for converting the solar energy into electricity and for regulating the operation and energy management of the electric motor. The umbrella further has lights, a threaded spindle rotated by the motor, pulleys for raising and lowering the weighted rib and strut brackets in opposite directions at the same time to reduce 50% of then travel distances and 50% of their weights, an external electricity storage, and a remote control device for remotely operating the motor and lights.

  • Patent number: 8596619
Abstract: An adjustable gate comprises two u-shaped vertical bars having first anti-warping gutters, tension hooks; two horizontal bars having second anti-warping gutters; a chain-link mesh; two tension rods; and a truss having paddle-nuts. The first anti-warping gutters are inserted into the second anti-warping gutters to join the bars together and to prevent the gate from warping in all horizontal directions. The tension hooks are welded along the body of the vertical bars to eliminate tie wires to prevent personal injury. The tension rods are inserted along the vertical edges of the chain-link mesh and hooked on the tension hooks. The truss hooks on the vertical bars and is adjusted to a desired tension to hold the adjustable gate together. The truss paddle-nuts disposed at the two opposite ends of the truss turnbuckle interlock with the truss turnbuckle in a desired position and allow the truss tension to be increased or decreased incrementally.
