Publication number: 20260064920Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an optimal conceptual design framework. A surrogate process model may be generated based on one or more physics-informed machine learning models and a rigorous dynamic process model. The surrogate process model may comprise a representation of a plant process including one or more target assets and one or more secondary assets. The process input for the one or more target assets may comprise power output from a renewable energy source. A design optimization algorithm representative of a multi-objective design optimization problem may be generated. An optimal conceptual design for the process may be generated by executing an optimization model based on the surrogate process model and the design optimization algorithm.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 29, 2025Publication date: March 5, 2026Inventors: Jeffrey G. Renfro, Ashalatha Devarajan, Soundari Arunachalam, Lingathurai Palanisamy, Prem Ananth Jayachandran, Shanmuga Sundaram, Deepa Rao

Publication number: 20250028560Abstract: The disclosure provides an approach for automatically scheduling resource-aware software-defined data center (SDDC) upgrades. Embodiments include receiving, via a user interface (UI), user input indicating one or more constraints related to automatically scheduling a plurality of upgrade phases for upgrading components of a plurality of computing devices across a plurality of SDDCs. Embodiments include receiving, via the UI, a user selection of a first UI control that, when selected, initiates an automatic assignment of the plurality of upgrade phases to particular time slots based on the one or more constraints. Embodiments include displaying, via the UI, a depiction of a schedule for the plurality of upgrade phases based on the automatic assignment. Embodiments include displaying, via the UI, a second UI control that, when selected, causes the automatic assignment to be finalized and a third UI control that, when selected, initiates a new automatic assignment.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 19, 2023Publication date: January 23, 2025Inventors: Marc UMENO, Deepa RAO, Vijayakumar KAMABATHULA, Hsuan YANG, Ruman HASSAN, Vaibhav KOHLI

Publication number: 20240045839Abstract: Disclosed are systems, apparatuses and techniques for replicating data between different cloud computing platforms. Examples include storage replicator components operable in different cloud computing platforms. The first storage replicator component may identify the second cloud computing platform as a location to copy a data file in response to an event related to the data file stored in a first cloud computing platform. The first storage replicator component may request a copy of the data file via an application programming interface of the first cloud computing platform. The attributes of the copy of the data file which involve modification to conform to data management conventions of the second cloud computing platform may be determined and modified to comply with conventions of the second cloud computing platform. The modified copy of the data file may be forwarded to the second cloud computing platform for storage.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 13, 2023Publication date: February 8, 2024Applicant: Capital One Services, LLCInventors: Timothy HAGGERTY, Steven LONG, Deepa RAO, Eric HENRY, Yuting ZHOU
