Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer-readable media are disclosed herein for intelligent service request analysis and remedy. In an aspect, a service request related to a computer system is received. Once received, natural language processing is conducted to determine at least one key term associated with the at least one service request. A machine learning algorithm is then used to determine at least one classification group for the at least one service request, wherein the classification group is associated with the remedy. A rate of success is determined for the determined remedy for the classification group. Based on the rate of success exceeding a predetermined threshold, cause the remedy to be implemented in the computer system.
