    Abstract: Computerized systems and methods are provided to intelligently and dynamically manage a data center comprising at least one server and at least one central manager. The central manager is programmed to access the at least one server on a predetermined schedule to determine whether at least one application is functioning properly by determining a functionality level. Alternatively, the central manager determines whether the at least one server is actively used by determining an activity level for the server. Based on the central manager's determinations, the system dynamically adjusts the power level of the server, resulting in reduced power consumption and a reduction in wasted resources and unnecessary processing power in the management of servers in a data center.

    Abstract: A clipping system includes an adapter, a clip and a first extending member. The clip includes first and second jaws which are movable between an insertion configuration and an initial deployed configuration. The jaws are biased toward the initial configuration. The first member is releasably coupled to the clip and movably connected to the adapter. The first member includes a distal end releasably coupled to the first jaw such that longitudinal movement of the first member relative to the adapter moves the clip between the insertion configuration, the initial configuration and a review configuration. The first member is operable to retract the clip proximally over the adapter so that the clip is forced open as the clip is retracted over the adapter. A first releasable link connects the first member to the clip and releases when the first member is subject to a force exceeding a predetermined threshold value.

    Abstract: Beam and antenna array split configuration optimization is disclosed. A network node device generates a beam dictionary defining a set of beams. The network node device estimates a traffic density distribution for a radio channel based on obtained channel quality information. The network node device determines, for each of at least two array split configurations associated with a transceiver antenna array of the network node device, a set of optimal beams from the beam dictionary that optimizes a utility function, based on the estimated traffic density distribution. The network node device selects an array split configuration that maximizes the utility function across a coverage area of a radio cell associated with the network node device. The network node device applies the selected array split configuration to the transceiver antenna array in response to evaluating that the selected array split configuration improves downlink performance.

    Abstract: A decoder decodes a memory address and selectively drives a select line (such as a word line or mux line) of a memory. An encoding circuit encodes the data on select lines to generate an encoded address. The encoded address and the memory address are compared by a comparison circuit to generate a test result signal which is indicative of whether the decoder is operating properly. To test the comparison circuit for proper operation, a subset of an MBIST scan routine causes the encoded address to be blocked from the comparison circuit and a force signal to be applied in its place. A test signal from the scan routine and the force signal are then compared by the comparison circuit, with the test result signal generated from the comparison being indicative of whether the comparison circuit itself is operating properly.

    Abstract: In described examples, a digital-to-analog converter (DAC) includes an output, a ground, a reference voltage terminal, an input code terminal, multiple switches, multiple resistors, and a controller. The resistors are variously coupled between corresponding ones of the switches and the output, so that activating the switches causes the DAC to output an output voltage. The controller is coupled to the input code terminal and coupled to control the switches. The controller generates an output code based on an input code in response to at least one differential nonlinearity error greater than one least significant bit voltage. The input code corresponds to a first ideal output voltage, the output code corresponds to a second, different ideal output voltage. The controller generates an output voltage by controlling the switches using the output code.

    Abstract: A process for producing diazomethane of Formula 1 (CH2N2), with an automated apparatus is described. A stock solution of N-methyl-N-nitroso amine in an organic solvent is continuously flown and mixed with an aqueous inorganic base at a T-mixer to form a mixture. Then it is passed through a capillary micro reactor at a temperature in a range of 20 to 30° C. to form diazomethane. The mixture is separated into an aqueous layer and an organic layer using a continuous flow micro-separator. The organic layer has 0.1-0.4 M diazomethane. The organic layer is reacted with a carboxylic acid, phenol, an alkyne, an anhydride, a carboxyl metal organic framework (MOF), or MOF coated cotton to form a corresponding ester, a pyrazole, an ether, a diazo ketone, a stable carboxyl MOF or a stable MOF coated cotton fiber.
