    Abstract: The present disclosure provides systems and methods for optimizing a quantity of products for display on a graphical user interface. Disclosed embodiments involve receiving a scan event comprising at least one identifier associated with a first quantity of products and an indication that the first quantity of products was received at a first zone. The first quantity of products comprises at least one of a product type. A second quantity of products, comprising at least one of the product type, and stored at a second zone, is retrieved from a database. A total quantity of products is determined based on the first quantity of products and the second quantity of products. The database is modified based on the generated total quantity of products. A graphical user interface is generated, the graphical user interface comprising a product availability and the total quantity of products. The graphical user interface is transmitted to a customer device.

In response to determining that a first set of products is associated with a second category, causing the first set to be inspected, and in response to receiving a second message confirming that the first set has been inspected and received, updating a database to indicate that the first set is available for sale. In response to determining that a second set of products is associated with the first category, validating the second set. Based on validation, updating the database to indicate that the second set is available for sale. Embodiments further involve generating a GUI based on the updated database, and transmitting the GUI to at least one customer device.

When the scan event is received after the first range of time and the current location does not correspond to the first location, determining whether to update the database at a second time. Embodiments further involve generating a GUI and transmitting the GUI to at least one customer device.
